Shipping

1. How long does processing take?

1–2 business days (Monday-Friday)

2. What is the shipping cost?

We offerFedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charge and Delivery time will be calculated at checkout depending on the location.

3. Which carriers do you use for delivery?

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground.

4. Will I receive tracking information?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your order using the Track Order.

Return & Refund

1. Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging and with all tags and accessories included.

2. Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will review and issue your refund within 4 business days. After the refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Typical posting times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3–10 business days
  • PayPal: Instant–3 business days
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–7 business days
