1. Cancellations Before Shipment

Should you need to cancel your order before it ships, reach out to us promptly at sales@leatherhidescrap.com or give us a call at +1 704-562-0831.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it free of charge and issue a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation cannot be applied. In that case, please follow the standard return procedure outlined below.

2. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened items.

3. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories included

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@leatherhidescrap.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

8. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will review and issue your refund within 4 business days. After the refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Typical posting times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3–10 business days
  • PayPal: Instant–3 business days
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–7 business days
